The Department of Computer Science and Engineering provides a strong technical background and state-of-the-art education in the field of computers. The Department has excellent laboratory facilities that include fast processors and efficient networking. The Department has a motivated team of faculty who rise to the teaching challenges by coping well with the briskly changing industrial scenario in the Computer field.

The faculty keep abreast of the latest technology and are a well geared to turn out smart Engineers ready to take electronic-computing challenges.

The students are very keen on keeping with the times and learn the usage of latest version of software and hardware and are ever ready to technological change.

Infrastructure The Department is proud to have a large number of computers and associated labs. The computer labs are open to the students from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm on all working days. Faculty The Department is kept in positive action by a dynamic team of faculty members, well experienced in the computer field. In keeping with the mission of the Department, the faculty strive for excellence on all fronts, including development of the Department and the students performance.

Academic Excellence The good standard of teaching and the motivation in the Department have created a congenial study ambience that promotes academic excellence. The practical component is wide and varied that includes industry visits, in-plant training and industry-oriented project works.
